Yes, you can. Every session is recorded through Zoom and you will receive the recording by email afterwards. This allows you to return to the energy and the messages as often as you like, in your own rhythm and in your own time.

That is completely okay. During a session deeper layers can rise to the surface. Old memories, tenderness, energetic tension or emotion can move through your field. Allowing these feelings is already a form of healing.
